Using Databases to Find Articles

You can search for articles in one of the library's databases. See our list of Healthcare Management databases, or the recommended databases below on this page, for a list of recommended databases to search for articles on this topic.

The research and search help page of this guide has information on using Google Scholar or EBSCO databases for your search, as well as how to use the library's journal search tool to look for an article by citation or see if the library provides access to a specific journal.

Government Sources

Federal and state government sites can be great places to find information on demographics and social issues.

U.S. Federal Government

Search USA.gov to look for information from the federal government. 

State Government

For a state government, try searching Google with your topic, state and "site:.gov". This limits just to government sites.
