Finding Books at the Library

You can search our collection for books available through the library: go to the library's catalog page and enter your search term. On the results page, you can use the filters on the left side of the screen to narrow your search.

  • To see physical books held by the Franklin University Library, select the "print materials" filter.
  • To see books available electronically, select the "available online" filter.

You can also search for ebooks directly in our ebook databases. Some of our more popular ebook databases are: 

If you want to see if a book is available in a library near you, you can search WorldCat, which is a library catalog which allows you to search library holdings worldwide. Students based in Ohio can also expand their search in the Franklin University library catalog to see if they can borrow a copy through OhioLINK.
