Urbana University utilizes the Library of Congress to classify subjects of books. Listed below are the letters and titles of the main classes of the Library of Congress Classification.
Use the Library Catalog to find books located in the Urbana University Library. You can search by author or title if you already know someone who has written a book on your topic. The catalog lists books available in print on our shelves, as well as electronic books, DVDs and videos that might be of use to you. Look for the call number of the book and use it to find the book on the shelf.
